Yes. Opticode installs as a Progressive Web App (PWA) and keeps working during internet drops. Your sales and stock changes sync automatically as soon as the connection comes back.
Access is protected with role-based permissions and optional two-factor authentication, so each staff member only sees what they should. Every important change is recorded in an activity and audit log, giving you a clear trail of who did what.
Absolutely. Assign roles such as admin and staff, and fine-tune create, edit and delete permissions per user. Sensitive areas like reports, analytics and settings can be restricted, and audit logs keep everything accountable.
Yes. Prescription details are encrypted at rest with AES-256, so eye-measurement and clinical notes are stored as ciphertext in the database rather than plain text. Account passwords are hashed with bcrypt and sensitive credentials such as two-factor authentication secrets are also encrypted. On top of that, your data sits behind authenticated access and role-based permissions that control exactly who can view, edit or delete records, with optional two-factor authentication and a complete activity and audit log for full accountability.
